Pet rules: Pets require approval. Up to two pets are allowed, with a maximum weight of 49 pounds. Breed restrictions apply.

Application & insurance.

Guarantor requirements: A guarantor is required with each lease. A resident may act as their own guarantor if the property’s requirements are met.
Security deposit: The fee guide lists a refundable security deposit from $200 per bed up to one month’s rent, charged once per applicant. The standard deposit depends on screening results; total security deposits will not exceed the legal maximum.

Office & resident services.

Lease changes: Subletting is prohibited. Relets are subject to a fee, and the FAQ does not treat a decision not to attend school as grounds for terminating the lease.
Installment payments: Rental installments are due on the first of each month. The FAQ lists free ACH payments and office or mailed payments by personal check, cashier’s check or money order.
Package service registration: Package-service registration is required and costs up to $19.99 once. A storage fee may apply.
