Caroline Severance Manor is an 85-home intergenerational affordable-housing community at 2927 West Francis Street. One-bedroom homes require a CES referral; two-, three- and four-bedroom homes are offered through a waiting list. The family housing targets Kincare families, where children are cared for by relatives other than their parents.

Homes have full kitchens with an oven or cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator and disposal. Shared facilities include laundry, an elevator, controlled key access, surveillance cameras, community rooms and a computer center. A resident-services coordinator provides programs and referrals; some floor plans have a balcony or patio.
