Camelot Apartments publishes five renovated layouts: Concord has one bedroom and one bath at approximately 607 square feet; Windsor adds a den and a second bathroom at 828 square feet. Two-bedroom options include Hampton at 856 square feet, the two-level Cambridge at 919 square feet and Lexington at 948 square feet. The community has three swimming pools, a year-round hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center and a dog park. One reserved covered parking space is included per apartment.

The published utilities charge is $40/month for a one-bedroom home and $50/month for a two-bedroom home.

Pets.

Pet limits
Maximum two pets per apartment, with no weight restriction. Exotic pets are not permitted; breed restrictions apply.
Pet fee
One-time pet fee of $250 per pet; pet fees and rent do not cover damage.
Pet rent
$25 per pet each month.
Pet screening
After the apartment application is approved, household pets require a PetScreening.com application. The published nonrefundable screening fee is $20, paid directly to PetScreening.com.
Restricted breeds
Restrictions include Malamute, Mastiff and Bull Terrier breeds; Akita, Husky, Bully Kutta, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler and Pit Bull; wolf-dog breeds and restricted-breed hybrids. Management also reserves the right to restrict breeds with aggressive traits.

Covered parking
One reserved covered space included per apartment; additional uncovered parking; three-car limit; no garages.

Utilities & internet.

Utility billing
Residents are responsible for electricity, water and sewer, paid directly to providers or with rent through the third-party utility billing company, as described in the utility addendum.

Lease terms.

Early termination
The FAQ requires 60 days’ notice and a termination fee equal to one month’s rent; the specific lease governs the termination policy.
Apartment transfers
The published apartment-transfer fee is $250; transfers are arranged through the office.
Subletting
Subletting is not allowed.

Application & insurance.

Application screening
A third-party screening service reviews credit, rental history and employment history and conducts a background check.
Application fee
$50 per applicant.
Insurance requirement
Leaseholders must meet a $100,000 minimum liability requirement. Residents are automatically enrolled in Resident Indemnity Management at $16/month; opting out requires meeting the conditions in the lease.
