Zen Senior Living offers five one- and two-bedroom apartment layouts on North 25th Place. The one-bedroom Serenity and Tranquility layouts have 682 and 800 square feet. Satori and Lotus each have 877 square feet, with one and two bathrooms respectively, while the two-bedroom Majestic has 1,087 square feet. Homes include a washer and dryer, an all-electric kitchen, central heating and cooling, extra storage and a large patio or balcony. Selected homes add a den or study and hardwood flooring.

The community has a pool and spa, fitness center, clubhouse, library and multipurpose room, along with elevator access and covered parking. Package acceptance, onsite management and maintenance, and short-term leasing are offered. Cable is included, while a separate utility charge uses ratio utility billing.

Pets require approval, with a two-pet limit, a maximum adult weight of 20 pounds and specified breed restrictions. The official pet page lists a $300 nonrefundable fee per pet and $75 monthly rent per pet.
