The Urban combines renovated apartments with two swimming pools and spas, a fitness center, a clubhouse and a cyber café with a coffee bar. Homes include full-size laundry and ceiling fans, while private patios or balconies and vinyl flooring throughout are options in selected apartments.

Each apartment has access to one assigned covered parking space; uncovered spaces are first come, first served. The community accepts up to two cats or dogs and provides an online resident portal, on-site maintenance and an option to split rent payments through Flex.
