The Roosevelt 7 is a small community of six one-bedroom apartments and one studio on North 10th Avenue. Each home has a washer and dryer, stainless kitchen appliances, updated flooring, paint and cabinets. Cats and dogs are welcomed subject to the property’s breed restrictions.

Copper Wren Residential manages the community. Each adult occupant completes an application and joins the lease, and renters insurance must be in place before move-in. Interior tours are arranged by appointment.

Application payment: Application fees are nonrefundable, including when an applicant decides against proceeding after a tour.
