The Retreat Apartments has one-, two- and three-bedroom homes in four layouts, ranging from 725 to 1,200 square feet. Apartments include a washer and dryer, programmable air conditioning, a private balcony or patio, nine-foot ceilings and oversized walk-in closets. Renovation options include stainless appliances and wood-style flooring; fireplaces are available in selected homes.

Residents share three pools, a 24-hour fitness center, a playground and a fenced dog park with a watering station. The poolside terrace has a barbecue pavilion and fire pit, while the social lounge includes a kitchenette and foosball. Assigned apartment parking is included, with uncovered spaces first come, first served. Lease terms range from two to fifteen months, and pet rent depends on the pet’s screening score.

Application & insurance.

Application and administration fee waiver: Application and administration fees are waived for veterans, first responders and teachers.
Household income: Typically combined household income of at least 2.5 times monthly rent. At least 2.0 times may be considered with a potentially higher deposit.
Verification documents: Two Dots performs secondary income and identity verification. Photo ID and 90 days of bank statements and pay stubs, or tax transcripts, are requested.
Screening review: Credit, rental and criminal history, fraud or missing documentation, and pet criteria are reviewed.
