Polished concrete floors and central heating and air conditioning are part of the interiors; quartz counters are available in selected homes.

The gated grounds include a pool, picnic areas and a dog park. Residents use shared laundry facilities, with on-site management and 24-hour emergency maintenance. Parking has no additional monthly charge. The listing separates application costs, refundable deposits, pet fees and lease-related charges so the smaller floor plans can be compared on more than rent alone.
