The Beverly has one- and two-bedroom apartments in a two-story community on North 36th Street. Its four layouts range from a 525-square-foot one-bedroom to a 1,200-square-foot two-bedroom with two bathrooms. Residents share a courtyard, swimming pool, barbecue area and laundry facility, with covered carport parking.

Selected homes add their own washer and dryer. First-floor unit 12 is one such apartment, with wood-look tile, updated kitchen cabinetry and counters, large closets and individual heating and air conditioning.

Subleasing: Corporate leases and subleasing are not permitted under Acora’s management policy.

Application & insurance.

Application documents: Three recent pay stubs with corresponding bank statements, photo ID and three years of rental history. Self-employed applicants can use a recent tax return.
Co-applicants: Acora considers combined pretax income and average applicant credit scores; each adult resident submits an application.
Renter’s insurance: Renter’s insurance is required.
Income requirement: Household income must be at least 3 times monthly rent, with proof of income.
Published screening criteria: Credit and criminal background checks; no evictions or bankruptcies within the past 60 months and no crimes against children under the manager’s published criteria.
