Garden paths, den layouts, and a Life Plan contract.

The Terraces of Phoenix occupies a 22-acre campus with independent-living apartments, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. Independent-living choices include one- and two-bedroom homes, plus den layouts, ranging from 681 to 1,521 square feet. Most apartments have a shaded patio or balcony.

Independent-living residents pay an entrance fee and a monthly fee that covers dining, utilities, cable and internet, housekeeping, maintenance, scheduled transportation, and activities. Flexible dining points can be used in the main dining room or bistro. Walking paths, a heated pool, putting green, and an 85-seat theater provide several ways to spend time on campus. Additional care follows the resident’s contract and is separate from the standard independent-living service package.
