Sunshine Village is a cottage-style memory-care community on East Greenway Parkway. Seven ranch-style homes connect through landscaped circular walking paths, with shade, green lawns and raised garden beds. The operator describes each cottage as approximately 4,000 square feet with seven bedrooms, serving roughly 12 to 14 residents in a shared household.

Memory-care activities are organized around residents’ interests and abilities. The published services include medication management, assistance with personal hygiene and daily routines, wellness assessments, diet monitoring, housekeeping and linen service. Staff are advertised around the clock. Meals are served in each cottage’s dining area, with snacks between meals.

A clubhouse, terraces and courtyards provide spaces for family visits, games, reading and community activities. The community offers long-term stays and short-term respite. Home-health and hospice services can be coordinated with preferred providers or the family’s chosen providers. Sunshine Village is part of View Point Senior Care.
