Stonebridge offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on East Thunderbird Road. Its Seville and Victoria one-bedroom designs measure 560 and 604 square feet, while the three-bedroom Santa Maria provides 1,081 square feet and two bathrooms. The published collection also includes renovated Victoria and Madrid layouts. Every home has a washer and dryer, Dwelo smart-apartment features, a patio or balcony, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. New appliances, new carpet, fireplaces and oversized closets are available in selected apartments.

The gated community has swimming pools, a spa and hot tub, a courtyard and barbecue areas. The fitness center is open around the clock, and the site advertises 24-hour emergency maintenance. Package receiving, covered and off-street parking, online resident services and flexible lease arrangements are listed. Preinstalled Cox Wi-Fi is available separately from rent.

Cats and dogs are allowed, with a maximum of two pets and no weight restriction. Animals must be approved and house-trained; specified breeds and their mixes, along with exotic pets, are excluded. CVG Properties is identified on the community website.
