Rise Skyview has 720-square-foot one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom designs of 840 or 1,000 square feet. The 840-square-foot designs have one bathroom; the larger two-bedroom apartments have two. Classic, Bronze, Silver and Platinum layout names distinguish the community’s interior options. Selected renovated homes add stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, cabinet backsplashes, brushed nickel hardware and wood-style plank floors. Patios or balconies, walk-in closets and large bedrooms provide additional living and storage space. Laundry options include machines or connections in selected apartments and a shared laundry facility.

A swimming pool and spa sit alongside a fitness center, clubhouse, lounge and business center. Outdoor spaces include a dog park, playground, picnic grills and cornhole area. Assigned resident parking and guest parking are available within the gated community. Package receiving, on-site management and maintenance, courtesy patrol and Spanish-speaking staff are advertised services. Cats and dogs are welcome, with a two-pet limit, a $300 nonrefundable move-in fee per pet, no monthly pet rent and no pet screening fee.
