Lynnwood Apartments offers four apartment designs in Classic and Premium finishes. The one-bedroom Dahlia measures 625 square feet; two-bedroom choices are the 760-square-foot Cactus and 780-square-foot Briar with one bathroom, and the 880-square-foot Aster with two bathrooms. Home features include nine-foot ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fans, electric kitchens, refrigerators and washer/dryer connections. Selected interiors add upgraded cabinets, stainless pulls, glass-tile backsplashes, LED lighting and patio or balcony space. Washers, dryers and dishwashers are available by request for an additional charge, alongside a shared laundry facility. COX internet modems are offered with resident-selected service packages.

A fenced soccer field and multiple playgrounds give the grounds several outdoor recreation areas, together with a pool and picnic seating with grills. A secure mail station, community events, block watch and courtesy patrol are advertised services. One-bedroom homes include one covered parking space; two-bedroom homes include one covered and one uncovered space. Additional vehicle permits cost $25 monthly. The smoke-free policy covers indoor and outdoor areas, including balconies, patios and vehicles on the property. Residents can submit maintenance requests online, with a separate after-hours emergency maintenance number. Approved pets are limited to 20 pounds, with separate cat and dog deposits, cleaning fees and monthly charges.
