Parking.

Resident and guest parking: The community is not gated. Residents register vehicles for permits. Covered parking is available; guests can obtain temporary passes, with additional visitor parking near the leasing office.

Utilities & internet.

Utility accounts: Residents establish their own electricity, cable and internet services. Spectrum is the preferred internet provider; other available providers are allowed.

Lease terms.

Lease options: The shortest offered lease is seven months.
Notice and early termination: Move-out requires 60 days’ written notice. Early termination also requires the lease’s termination fee, due when notice is submitted.
Guests and subletting: Guests staying longer than seven days must be added to the lease. Residents may bring two guests to amenity areas. Subletting is not allowed.
Quiet hours: Quiet hours begin after 10pm.
Smoking policy: Smoking is permitted; the community asks residents to refrain from smoking inside apartments.
