Combined net monthly household income must be at least 2.5 times required monthly rent. Employment or other verified income must meet the manager’s one-year history requirement.

Apartment 27 documents

Each resident age 18 or older completes an application. Provide valid identification, proof of employment and income, and rental or residency references.

Apartment 27 co-signers

Considered in some situations; co-signers need a FICO score of 700 or higher and their own documented income of at least four times rent.

Apartment 27 rental history

At least one year of verifiable residence history; the manager lists limits of two late payments and one returned payment in a 12-month period, with no prior or pending eviction or balance owed to a former landlord.

Apartment 27 credit review

Credit is reviewed case by case. Published guidelines include FICO above 550, no pending or recent bankruptcy within six months, and no rental collections or balances owed to a former landlord or utility company.

Application timing

Processing begins after all required documents arrive. Move-in more than 21 days after approval needs additional approval. An approved applicant not selected may transfer eligibility to a similarly priced On Q property within six months without another application fee.

Applicants may submit screening corrections or disputes to management in writing for individual review.
