Portola West McDowell offers the 625-square-foot Dahlia one-bedroom and three two-bedroom designs: the 670-square-foot Cactus and 740-square-foot Briar with one bathroom, and the 880-square-foot Aster with two bathrooms. Apartment features include in-home washers and dryers, electric stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators and air conditioning, with renovated interiors available in selected homes. The published fee guide identifies a $35 monthly washer/dryer charge and $25 monthly reserved or covered parking charge. Electricity is paid directly to SRP, while water, sewer and trash use a separate ratio and usage-based billing arrangement.

Two pools, a fitness center, clubhouse, barbecue areas and a tot lot provide shared recreation space. The gated community also has a bark park and cornhole, package lockers and online maintenance requests. Cats and dogs are welcome. Published pet rent is $35 monthly for one pet or $65 for two, with separate one-time pet fees and a refundable pet deposit. The leasing office opens Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
