Apartments have central heating and air conditioning, walk-in closets and extra storage. Assigned covered parking serves the community, which also has a pool, spa, fitness center and playground. Pets are limited to two per home with a 20-pound adult weight limit. Utility costs use a ratio-based allocation system, and the security deposit depends on screening.
