Pacific Bay Club offers one- and two-bedroom apartments in eight layouts, from approximately 563 to 1,010 square feet. Each apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer. Selected homes have a patio or balcony; private yards are not part of the layouts.

A swimming pool, fitness center, barbecue and picnic areas, and a resident lounge with coworking space provide shared places to exercise, gather or work. Parking includes one covered space per household, with additional uncovered spaces available on a first-come basis. The community is smoke-free, with quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
