Senior apartment living with separate care and service pricing.

Mountain Park Senior Living offers independent living, assisted living and memory care on East Knox Road. Month-to-month rental arrangements combine apartment living with dining, housekeeping and scheduled transportation. Care services are priced separately according to the selected program and assessed support needs.

Shared spaces include a sky lounge and deck, a theater, a library with computers, a demonstration kitchen and courtyard walking paths. Selected independent- and assisted-living apartments have a washer and dryer. Small cats and dogs are welcomed in independent and assisted living.

Living options: Independent living, assisted living and memory care are offered.
Skilled nursing and rehabilitation: The provider states that the community does not offer skilled nursing or rehabilitation.
One-time community fee: The community fee equals the first month’s rent, up to $5,000. For assisted living and memory care the calculation excludes care charges.
Assisted living care fees: The five-level care schedule charges $500 per care level per month, with assessed care priced separately from apartment rent and service fees.
Memory care care fees: The five-level care schedule charges $600 per care level per month, with assessed care priced separately from apartment rent and service fees.
Medication management pricing: Medication management has five levels at $150 per level per month. Assessment considers daily medication passes and medications managed; insulin support is priced separately.
Insulin support pricing: Up to two injections daily without a sliding scale costs $300 per month. Up to four daily with or without a sliding scale costs $500 per month; these are alternative service tiers.
Included services: Monthly rent includes dining, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, apartment maintenance, daily activities, 24-hour staffing and an emergency response system.
Arizona license: Assisted-living license AL11243C; effective 2026-10-09 through 2027-10-08.
Licensed resident capacity: Licensed for up to 86 residents.
Licensed care capacities: The state lists capacity for 20 residents receiving directed care and 66 receiving personal care.
