Acora publishes no breed exclusion list but does not allow extra-large dogs, reptiles, aquariums over 15 gallons, large birds or other exotic pets.

Subleasing

Corporate leasing and subleasing are not permitted.

Application & insurance.

Application documents

Photo ID, the three most recent pay stubs with corresponding bank statements, and three years of rental history. Self-employed applicants may provide the most recent required tax return; bank statements alone are not accepted as income proof.

Co-applicants

Combined pre-tax income and the average credit scores of all applicants are reviewed. Co-applicants complete the same application and pay the application fee.

Adult occupants

Each resident over age 18 must submit an application.

Limited credit or rental history

Lack of credit or rental history may require a higher deposit if the other application requirements are met.

Application timing

Typical processing takes two to three business days after all required documents are received.

Renters insurance

Proof of renters insurance is required before move-in.
