Classic and renovated apartments with two pools.

Monterey Village offers studios, three sizes of one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom homes with two bathrooms. Classic and renovated versions provide different finish packages; selected apartments have quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances and in-home laundry. Shared laundry facilities serve the community as well.

Two pools, courtyards and charcoal barbecue areas sit within the gated grounds. Covered parking can be rented separately. Monterey Village also offers an affordable housing program with income requirements for eligible studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes.
