Meritum Sheely Farms offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments near North 99th Avenue and McDowell Road. The six layouts span approximately 768 to 1,338 square feet, with one bathroom in the one-bedroom homes and two in the larger layouts. Each apartment includes a full-size washer and dryer, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, quartz counters, vinyl plank flooring and a patio or balcony. Laundry rooms add storage space, while pantries and walk-in closets are features of selected homes.

Three swimming pools, a hot tub and splash pad give residents several outdoor options. A putting green, volleyball court, playground and community garden sit alongside barbecue and fire-pit areas. The two-story clubhouse has a 24-hour fitness center and yoga room. Residents also have package lockers, a dog park and pet washing station, with one assigned covered parking space included per home. IDM’s onsite team handles resident services, and emergency maintenance operates around the clock.
