Marquis Sonoran Preserve offers one- and two-bedroom apartments on North Valley Parkway. Interior options include granite counters, espresso cabinetry, wood-style floors, full-size laundry, soaking tubs and patios or balconies. Detached private garages and covered carports provide different parking choices.

The smoke-free community has a pool, spa, sundeck, cabanas and outdoor grilling stations. Residents also have a clubroom kitchen, a fitness center open around the clock, Wi-Fi in social spaces and a controlled-access package room. The fenced dog park serves a community that allows two cats or dogs without a weight limit, subject to its breed policy.
