Marquee is an affordable apartment community for adults age 62 and older. Its one-bedroom homes include a washer and dryer, air conditioning, plank-style flooring and ceiling fans. Kitchens have a refrigerator and microwave, with gas or electric cooking depending on the apartment.

The gated community has a pool, courtyard and charcoal barbecue area, with uncovered parking on site. The leasing office operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays, making those the regular days for an in-person visit.
