Fellowship Square Phoenix offers one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom Garden Homes at 2002 West Sunnyside Avenue. The five layouts range from 644 to 1,147 square feet. Every home has a washer and dryer and a full kitchen; Garden Homes are duplex residences with a carport and fireplace. Apartments are unfurnished, and the room illustrations are virtually staged.

The independent-living package includes 25 meals per person each month, housekeeping twice monthly, scheduled transportation, maintenance and an emergency call system. Utilities and basic cable are included; telephone service is extra, and Garden Home residents arrange internet separately. Walking paths, a dog park, fitness facilities and planned activities provide shared spaces beyond the apartment.
