Desert Lakes combines full-size in-home laundry with private patios and exterior storage. Its gated grounds include two swimming pools, a spa, a 24-hour fitness center, and a resident business center.

Package acceptance runs around the clock through Luxer, and residents can pay rent or submit service requests online. Pet move-in charges are partly refundable, with different household amounts for one and two pets.

Pets.

Pet household: Up to two pets, each under 40 pounds.
Pet move-in charges: One pet: $300, half refundable. Two pets: $400 total, half refundable. The two-pet amount replaces the one-pet amount.
