Del Mar Apartments has one-, two- and three-bedroom homes on West McDowell Road. The current layouts list approximately 819, 1,127 and 1,408 square feet, with one bathroom in the one-bedroom design and two bathrooms in the larger designs. In-home washers and dryers, nine-foot ceilings and private patios or balconies anchor the interiors. All-electric kitchens include custom cabinetry, a breakfast bar, a pantry, a dishwasher, a microwave and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Built-in desks, walk-in closets and extra storage add room for everyday routines.

The swimming pool opens from 8am to 10pm, and the fitness center is accessible around the clock. A hot tub, clubhouse and picnic area with barbecues provide additional shared spaces. The gated community offers assigned, covered and guest parking, along with garages. Pet households have a designated outdoor pet area with cleanup dispensers. On-call maintenance and courtesy patrol are available, and the leasing office opens Monday through Saturday.
