Resident parking: Open surface parking is first come, first served. Reserved spaces may be available for an additional monthly charge; vehicles must display current tags.
Guest parking: Visitors may use open spaces, except spaces in front of the office during business hours. There are no designated visitor spaces.
EV charging: Electric vehicle charging is available.

Utilities & internet.

Water, sewer and trash: Water, sewer and trash are allocated and billed monthly with rent.
Electricity: Residents establish an APS electricity account in a leaseholder’s name.
Internet: Cox high-speed internet with speeds up to 1 gigabit is offered as an included service.

Lease terms.

Lease lengths: Lease terms of 3–15 months are offered.
Rent due date: Rent is due on the first of the month, including weekends and holidays; late fees begin on the fourth.
