Colonia Del Sol offers four layouts ranging from a one-bedroom Rosal to a three-bedroom Violetta. Two-bedroom households can choose Margarita with one bathroom or Tulipan with two. Homes have a washer and dryer, built-in microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar and walk-in closets. Balconies or patios include outdoor storage.

The 15-meter pool sits alongside a clubhouse with a full-size kitchen, a media room with a large-screen TV, a playground and barbecue areas. A fenced dog park provides a separate pet exercise space. Covered and guest parking are offered, and the community uses a ratio utility billing system for utility charges.
