Baker Apartments offers one- and two-bedroom homes in a single-story setting. The 600- and 800-square-foot layouts each have one bathroom. Garage parking and private patios distinguish the community from properties with shared outdoor space only.

The renovated one-bedroom homes advertised as units 03 and 05 have private backyards, garage parking, stacked washers and dryers and granite kitchen counters. Wood-look laminate floors, stainless-steel appliances, tiled showers and ceiling fans round out these interiors. Residents establish separate electricity and gas accounts.

Lease terms.

Subleasing: Corporate leases and subleasing are not permitted under Acora’s management policy.
Lease lengths: 12, 13 or 18 months.
Smoking policy: No smokers under the published leasing requirements.

Application & insurance.

Application documents: Three recent pay stubs with corresponding bank statements, photo ID and three years of rental history. Self-employed applicants can use a recent tax return.
Co-applicants: Acora considers combined pretax income and average applicant credit scores; each adult resident submits an application.
Renter’s insurance: Renter’s insurance is required.
Income requirement: Household income must be at least 3 times monthly rent, with proof of income.
Published screening criteria: Credit and criminal background checks; no evictions or bankruptcies within the past 60 months and no crimes against children under the manager’s published criteria.
