Ava Park offers three one-bedroom sizes and two two-bedroom layouts, including a two-bathroom option. Selected renovated homes have updated cabinets, stone counters and contemporary kitchen finishes, with stackable washers and dryers, patios or balconies and extra storage available in selected apartments.

The community combines a pool and sundeck with a gazebo, playground, courtyard and picnic areas. Shared laundry, carports and 24-hour emergency maintenance support daily routines. Its Essential Housing program provides reduced rents in selected homes for qualifying households, with income limits based on household size.
