While I was visiting my daughter in Arizona, I met two incredible people from the office, Kayla and David. Kayla made me feel very welcome in the community. I wasn't there long but she was very friendly and helpful and I truly appreciated her kindness. David was just as welcoming, friendly and helpful! Thank you so much! I will see you again later this year!

I had a great experience with our maintenance technician! When our AC went out during a hot day, he arrived quickly and diagnosed the issue right away. He was polite, professional, and had the system running cool in no time. I truly appreciate his hard work and great customer service. Thank you Seppo!

Before moving out, I spent several hours thoroughly cleaning the apartment to ensure it was left in excellent condition. During the inspection, the staff even acknowledged that the apartment was pretty clean overall. However, despite admitting that the apartment was clean, they still charged me nearly $700 in move-out fees because they found a few small hairs and tiny pieces of debris. When I asked for an explanation, they showed me photos of what was clearly a clean apartment and explained that their inspectors look for every tiny hair and every tiny piece of debris. I do not believe this is a reasonable or fair standard. Arizona law requires tenants to leave a rental unit in a clean and safe condition—it does not require the apartment to be returned in brand-new or perfectly spotless condition, free of every tiny hair or particle of dust. Every time I questioned the charges, management had another excuse. Their final response was that "every apartment management company has different rules." While policies may differ between companies, that does not justify excessive charges or inspection standards that are far beyond what a reasonable person would expect. I believe the move-out inspection process is overly subjective and is used to justify unnecessary fees rather than fairly evaluating the overall condition of the apartment. I hope future tenants are aware of these practices before choosing to rent from this management company. Don't expect to get your deposit back. Based on our experience, they'll charge for every little thing—and more than your deposit. They just want your money. And tell you "every apartment management company has different rules." : ) Do not move here!

Seppo is exceptional! There’s few items that are out of order in our apartment and he fixed them all efficiently! He is also super friendly and comes with good energy even though he had to come a couple of times in late night for the emergency maintenance order for our kitchen sink. We appreciate his help! However, I hope the management office could expand the team so our maintenance request can be attended to faster.

The staff are very welcoming. Application was smooth. The front desk , Jovitha, and the managers made the process very enjoyable. And they responded to my report within reasonable a time. Overall you'd be in good and capable hands 💯 One star less just for the sound proofing. You can hear neighbors talk and stomps above. But that's standard in most apartments I think. Just hope you get good neighbors.
