Arizona Lutheran Retirement Center has unfurnished one- and two-bedroom homes arranged around a courtyard with a pool, lawn and desert garden. The community contains 18 ground-floor apartments, six upstairs apartments and one house. Upstairs apartments have elevator and stair access; ground-floor apartments connect directly to covered parking.

Water and Wi-Fi are included, while residents pay their own electricity, phone and cable bills. Two shared laundry rooms, shuffleboard courts and an activity center support daily life and resident gatherings. This is independent retirement housing without medical services. Published residency requirements call for the applicant or spouse to be at least 62 and a member of WELS or ELS.

Pet policy: The community describes its housing as pet-free.

Ground-floor parking: Covered carports connect directly to ground-floor apartments.

Utilities & internet.

Included services: Water service and Wi-Fi are included.
Resident-paid utilities: Residents pay their electricity, phone and cable bills. Apartments are set up for Cox communications.

Application & insurance.

Age requirement: The applicant or spouse must be at least 62 years old.
Published membership requirement: The applicant or spouse must belong to the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) or Evangelical Lutheran Synod (ELS).

Living & care services.

Independent retirement housing: ALRC does not provide medical services; residents needing assisted living arrange care at an appropriate separate facility.
