Alta Vista Village

We are seeing some very disturbing things in This complex. To start with all homeless ppl Hanging around using drugs on property and Blasting loud music until almost morning. Laundry rooms are in awful shape smelly Unclean and under maintened roaches are Running in washing machines freely like so. Cameras are ripped off the walls so what Actually happens in them it's unknown. AC is disconnected to so you'll freeze In winter or die of heat stroke while doing Laundry y'all am talking about us actual Residents no joke who pay dearly to live Here. We have no security on property patroling Like before and police may as well be Camping here but what they fix in one Hour multiplies very next night. There's trash on property dog poop and Lady in office seems nice her front desk Person is pretty rude and dismissive on Phone and in person. Maintenance seems decent but I think They are constantly under staffed wonder Why all in all as residents we deserve so Much better.

I've been here for a year, and I truly have little to no complaints. Maintenance gets things done and fixed. My AC went out during the night and they came to fix it for me in the middle of the night. There are outside environments they try to control as much as they can and the office try to involve the residents in monthly events. I appreciate the staff and my neighbors.

Horrible ! Roach infested management is ignorant! Drugs being sold all over the place kids throwing trashing everywhere & screaming all hours of the night loose pit bulls you name it & have The nerve to try to charge us to break our lease yeah, we’ll see you in court. :)

This place used to be very scary, dirty, over run with homeless, shootings, murders etc. I was scared to take my dogs out, take trash out and going outside in general to the point I had to put a dog fence on my porch so my dogs could pottie. Management over the last 2 years has changed alot here. None of the stuff above is happening here now. Now I can take my girls for walks and to grass area and my fence is down. I feel definately safer and more secure in my home. There has been issues with pools and it looks like they had someone perfessional come out and the pools look great. Each year I see improvements and makes me want to stay

I have lived in AVV since just before the pandemic. Yes there have quite a few issues over the years. The maintenance and repair is one reason I have remained a tenant. They are very efficient. There is a new property manager named Cory who seems to be very concerned about the community. She is approachable, positive, and, helpful. I personally know that she puts action behind her words because I had an ongoing concern for two years and she addressed it in two days. I happy to be a part of this community. Although management has changed since I first wrote this review, I am still please with the maintenance, communication and desire to keep this community safe and clean.
