First apartment I’ve EVER seen with refrigerators to keep your deliveries cool/ frozen while you aren’t home!!!!! My wife and I found Alanna Apartments completely by accident while leaving Amazon Fresh, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best surprises we’ve had in Phoenix. We toured a lot of apartments before this one, and Hannah immediately stood out. She was warm, genuine, transparent, and made us feel comfortable from the second we walked in. There was no pressure, no games. She sat down with us, explained the pricing clearly, and treated us like real people instead of just another application. As business owners, being close to the airport is extremely important for us, but we were worried about noise because our previous apartment had airplanes constantly flying overhead. We actually tested the sound ourselves here and were shocked by how peaceful and quiet it was inside. The location at 100 S. 48th Street is honestly perfect. Close to everything important, near the train in a very convenient spot, yet somehow still calm and relaxing. The building feels modern, secure, and thoughtfully designed. The smart entry system, conference/study rooms, and overall atmosphere make it feel like a place built for real living. And Hannah honestly reminded us of the kind, welcoming energy from the Barbie movie. The type of person who makes you feel instantly comfortable and at home the moment you meet them. We toured twice before making our decision because I’m extremely picky when it comes to where we live, and this place truly impressed us. I’ve had a great experience with Alanna Apartments so far. The property looks very modern and well maintained, and the staff has been very welcoming and professional throughout the process. Jade has been especially helpful, she’s been quick to respond, answered all of my questions, and made everything simple and stress free. Really appreciate all of her help and the positive experience overall!
I just wanted to say how amazing yesterday’s community event was! It was so much fun, incredibly well organized, and such a great way to bring everyone together. It was so cool meeting so many new people in the community and getting to know our neighbors. A huge thank you to our apartment manager, who is truly the best! She always goes above and beyond for the residents, and it really shows. Her entire team is amazing, friendly, and works so hard to make this community feel welcoming and enjoyable. Thank you all for putting together such an awesome event. We had an incredible time, and we’re already looking forward to the next one!
I toured Alanna Apartments recently and had a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful! Especially the fitness center, modern, top-tier! The apartments I viewed were spacious with all new finishes. A special thanks to Jade who walked me through everything! She was friendly, patient and professional. I highly recommend touring the property if you're looking!
the apartment complex was absolutely beautiful and way better in person. everything was super clean, modern, and well kept. the atmosphere felt really welcoming as well. it honestly seems like a great place to live. Jade was also very kind and helpful during our tour and made the experience 10x more enjoyable!
