One- to three-bedroom apartments with two pools, a community garden and volleyball court.

Acero at Algodon Center offers six one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. Cambridge, Azure and Cobalt provide approximately 768, 792 and 804 square feet, respectively. The two-bedroom Oxford and Sapphire have approximately 1,064 and 1,113 square feet and two bathrooms; the three-bedroom Steel has two bathrooms and approximately 1,330 square feet. Every home includes a full-size washer and dryer. Kitchens have quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances, while vinyl plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms and large patios or decks divide indoor and outdoor living space. Furnishing is available separately through CORT.

Two swimming pools and a year-round jetted hot tub anchor the shared outdoor spaces. Residents also have a volleyball court, community garden, playground, barbecue areas and fire features with seating. The fitness center is open 24 hours, and the clubhouse has complimentary Wi-Fi and a television area. Package lockers provide a separate delivery pickup point. Each apartment includes one assigned covered parking space; guest spaces, rentable garages and EV charging are additional parking arrangements. The community is smoke-free and has a dog park and pet-washing station.
