diana is really great she has always helped us if we have had an issue! she is super understanding and very very helpful. everything always gets done promptly. the property always feels safe. and the always do there best to keep up on things. maintenance is always very quick too. me and my family have really loved being apart of the community. i would say if your looking for a nice quiet community this is the place. we have really enjoyed our amenities and our time here!

Very beautiful apartment building! Really nice appliances! Amazing pool and fitness center. Everything is very clean. Community is very quiet and peaceful. Janelle has been amazing! I’m relocating from California and she made everything very easy for moving in! Very excited to call this my new home!
Upset because I reported something leaking in my apartment , I called and said it wasn’t considered anything if my apartment was not flooding. Understandable, but emailed them with details and concern and never got a response either. I can’t call during the day because I work all day and once I’m off they are closed. So I’m posting this because I called late night and was told they would check it out and they never did. I emailed and waited a week and nothing. So if I can get your attention I hope you guys do like this. Plus, if you decide to live here it’s great but it seems you can get ignored when it comes to management
I scheduled a tour after receiving multiple emails encouraging me to come see the apartment. However, when I showed up at the scheduled time, no one was there and no one ever showed up. I tried calling and reaching out, but no one responded. It was frustrating to go out of my way for a scheduled tour only to be completely ghosted. The communication beforehand made it seem like they were eager to show the property, but that clearly wasn’t the case. On top of that, the surrounding area didn’t seem like the best location either. A lot of sketchy people and homeless. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
The move in was super nice. It's an incredible apartment and the office staff made my transition painless. She is absolutely amazing to have in the office. glad I chose this place
