Operator residency terms: SRG describes its communities as month-to-month residency, with applicable residency taxes included in monthly fees.
Operator customization policy: SRG permits nonstructural changes such as paint and window coverings at the resident’s expense; a fee applies to restore the home when leaving or changing residences.

Personalized assisted living: Assisted living offers help with activities of daily living. Supportive services are personalized and can be adjusted as needs change.
On-site health care: Senior Doc offers primary care in residents’ homes, including check-ups, care planning, medication management and screenings. Secondary care can complement an existing primary care provider.
Rehabilitation services: Partner services provide access to physical, occupational and speech therapy. EmpowerMe Wellness offers rehabilitation and preventive wellness services as needed.
