Union Hills Estates

Since I've been a tenant this complex has had multiple property managers, maintenance and office members, a dark parking lot, dogs off their leashes plus multiple water shut offs. However, we've had parking lot lights & walkway lights installed and the entire parking lot repaved, pools opened and dogs back on their leashes. They've trimmed the trees and bushes, fixed the basketball court and are working on the playground area. The ladies (Jamie &Jadah) do an awesome job, they are good about sending out emails about the property, they're always professional when speaking with them and show their willingness to help. Shout out to the Maintenance crew the new , the tried, the true! This place is getting the TLC it deserves.

We have lived here for almost two years now. About to sign our 3rd lease and would like to say we love it here!! The community is surrounded with trees and each of the courtyards has grass for the kids and pets to run around in. As with any other community the water does need to be shut off for emergencies but here we are always given a notice via email prior to the shut off. We have a fairly new Manager here whom I recently just met, her name is Marina. She is very personable and makes you feel comfortable talking to her!! I would say she’s the best that we’ve had here!!! As for our apartment we have NEVER had an insect problem in the time that we have been here. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home.

This place is a dump ! Don't move here ! I have lived here 2 years and the office showed me a nice model apartment. I moved in and my apartment was dirty and the appliances were old and lots of things broken. I was very disappointed !!! They have 3 pools here and only one is open by the office and it's always full of people and gets dirty fast. I live a few feet from a pool that has yet to be open. If I would have known about the pool situation I would not have moved here. The parking lot had huge holes in it and there were hardly any lights on in the complex when I moved in. Those 2 things were fixed within a year. There are sewer roaches inside and outside the apartments. The pest control they use is not beneficial at all. I used my own bug spray and it worked. I don't have roaches anymore inside. But there are a huge amount of sewer roaches outside at night. That they need to do something about. My car has been broken into 2 times due to someone trying to steal it. I had to replace 2 car windows and a battery because they left lights on in my car and broke the 2 windows with bricks. I have asked for security and have yet to see any. They have difficulty finding maintenance staff that wants to stay and does good work. As much rent as we pay I feel that we deserve a nice decent place to live and that things like the pools and hot tubs work properly. I wish they had BBQ grills , proper shade and lights for swimming at night at the pools !!! I have never lived in apartments where the pools don't have those things. I was born in AZ and When it's 115 out I like to swim at night. Don't advertise these things if they don't work !!! I could keep complaining but I think I have said enough for now. Until they fix the pools I will keep complaining.

WOW! Our new property manager Stacy is awesome!!!! 👍 We have all new maintenance staff as well. Ryan the maintenance manager is the best. Much love. Had a problem with our dishwasher and he replaced it right away. If you are looking for a new apartment I would highly recommend a walk through. I am saying this because the new change from management here is positive and delightful. Like a breath of fresh air.

Jamie Harris, is great with her customer service. I have llove to been in the office to fix my banking/ payment problems on more than several times, and Jamie was so kind and most helpful in fixing the issue. She is awesome in her customer service care and very knowledgeable. ❤️
