Thunderbird Assisted & Senior Living combines studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom homes with independent living, assisted living, memory care, and short-term care. Independent-living homes have full kitchens, while assisted-living and memory-care accommodations use kitchenettes. Month-to-month agreements allow flexibility.

Dining is available throughout the day, alongside weekly housekeeping and linen service. A heated outdoor pool, fitness center, library, salon, and landscaped courtyards provide shared spaces. Shopping shuttles and private transportation offer ways to get around beyond the community.
