Stillwater Apartments

I went in as a walk-in on July 2 and met Sunny. She is every part of her name. She was so pleasant so kind so understanding. She worked so hard to make sure she got me qualified quickly and she's a big part of why I'm moving into the community as well as how beautiful the community is so thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with Sunny and to live at Stillwater

Shout out to Michael A. Always friendly and takes the time to explain what the issue was and how it was resolved. Not to mention how fast he is to respond when any issue comes up like tonight with my A/C not working. Michael called me before hand let me know his ETA was here faster then expected and fixed the issue with my A/C. Thanks Michael.

I was so impressed with Stillwater Apartments that I cancelled the remainder of my apartment hunting appointments and applied for my apartment the same day. Tricia was a one (wo)man show, taking calls, handling walk-ins and showing apartments with patience and grace. She was a breath of fresh air, waking us through the whole process and helping us fill out the application. We get our keys tomorrow morning and we couldn't be more excited!

**New Edit** They also just had my car towed and now I have to pay $225 on top of that to get my car back. All of their good reviews come them getting tenants approved in the first month. Do not believe them, I've been living here for 6 months already. These apartments are not even close to how they truly appear. 9-4-2026 And now my AC doesn't work. At first the AC was leaking the evaporation line fluid into my apartment from the ceiling. And now my AC doesn't work at all and is having electrical issues. Never has this many problems at an apartment before the first year!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. THEY ARE JUST REVIEWING TRICIA THE LEASING AGENT. NOT THE ACTUAL LIVING SITUATION So far it has been a bad experience at these apartments. There's roaches coming out of the bathtub drain. They say that these apartments are smoke free yet all my neighbors smoke and it gets in my ventilation. The apsr9ate not properly sealed at pipes so multiple holes for insects to get through. On my first week here the copper pipes were *stolen" and water was shut off for a day. BUT THE WORST THING IS THAT THEY FORCE YOU TO USE DOMUSO TO PAY RENT. Domuso had been buggy and they have zero relationship with the complex so its been constant conflict with trying to pay rent. Not go mention domuso has its own fees which end up making what was supposed to be $880 rent almost $1200. For that price I might as well move out which I intend to. Unfortunately my terrible lease isn't up until April 2027 but honestly I'd rather buy out my lease then stay an entire year here. My advice spend a little extra money and move to a better complex!

I like the Fan in the bedroom and the two balcony patios on the 3rd floor they have covered shade parking & gates for security so far this is the best apartments ! The only thing that is really missing is a washer and dryer in the apartment unit And it would complete the apartment 💛
