Leases run from 2 to 15 months, with rates varying by term. After the initial term, residents may renew or continue month to month.

Renters insurance

Renters insurance is required; a resident-selected carrier is accepted when the policy meets the community’s minimum requirements.

Upgraded and stainless steel appliances, private garages, ceramic-tile entries, pool views, built-in desks and bookshelves, ground-floor apartments, patio or balcony storage, quartz countertops and assigned carports are marked as available only in selected apartments.

Office & resident services.

Rent payments

Online ACH payments do not incur a convenience fee. Personal checks and MoneyGram are accepted offline; cash is not accepted in the office.

Two swimming pools, a spa and a sundeck are listed among the community amenities.

Shared spaces

The community lists a resident lounge with a kitchen, fitness center, resident computer access and picnic space with barbecue grills.
