Lamar Homes is one of the City of Glendale’s three public housing campuses. The city’s 2026–27 planning document identifies its location at 6106 W Lamar Rd. The housing authority handles program applications and provides assistance with accessibility and language needs.

Rent methods: Public housing residents may elect income-based or flat rent at annual reexamination. The published flat schedule effective January 1, 2026 is $1,266 for one bedroom, $1,471 for two, $1,962 for three and $2,176 for four; these are program alternatives, not unit availability or universal resident payments. A utility allowance applies to families selecting flat rent.
