My family and I relocated to a new apartment community nice clean big I’m able to put a kitchen table in my apartment like I’ve always wanted to and I have carpet which I’ve always wanted as well too nice community. I love it. Pool, hot tub the concrete cabana nice mailbox, laundry room right there nice I don’t even have to take out my trash. They come and pick it up from my door so convenient. I love that part of it. Everything right off my patio (Garden coming next) 🫶🏾 DuBon family

3/7/26 updated move in for mom was comforting. The manager Desiree was as professional and as kind as her leasing agents. My Mom was taken to her new place and welcomed by Julie. Julie went over the welcome folder, GLEN OAKS GETS A SPECIAL PRICE WITH COX! Edgar from maintenace said hello and walked through and made 1 fix, the curtains are brand new and cut perfectly, paint was flawless and there were absolutely NO ROACHES ANYWHERE(some places you can see in the cabinets where they just paint over roaches and gair EVEN LUXURY APARTMENTS.)This community takes pride in what they do all around. From the cleaning crew, maintenace and office staff are genuinely happy. Thank you all Desiree, Julie, maintenance men Adrian and Edgar. My Mom Appreciates you and the neighbors are welcoming and wonderful! I rarely leave reviews, but the experience my family had with Ranchwood and Glen Oak Apartments truly deserves recognition. For over two weeks we searched across multiple cities trying to find the right home for my mother. Along the way we unfortunately ran into several leasing agents who were unprofessional, impatient, or simply not welcoming. Then we met Ms. Julie — and everything changed. From the very beginning, Julie was absolutely exceptional. She was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. Moving and searching for the right place can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure a loved one feels safe and comfortable, but Julie made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring. She treated my mother-in-law with such respect and warmth that we immediately knew we were in the right place. The properties themselves were some of the cleanest, most well-maintained, and best-priced communities we visited during our entire search. It’s clear that pride and care go into keeping these communities beautiful. I also want to give a special shout-out to Edgar from the maintenance team. You can tell he works incredibly hard, but despite being busy he still took the time to introduce himself to my mother and even held the door open for her. That simple gesture showed a level of kindness and professionalism that speaks volumes about the culture of this community. It’s not often you come across a leasing office where the staff are not only professional and efficient, but genuinely good people. The team here truly made my mother-in-law feel welcome, safe, and confident that she made the right decision. Thank you, Ms. Julie, Edgar, and the entire Ranchwood and Glen Oak Apartments team for going above and beyond. You didn’t just help someone find an apartment — you helped make a home. We are incredibly grateful.

Don't move here the management for years has not taken care of issues that are urgent they are roach infested and people don't stay here long wich is why they advertise so much 1 month free rent for referrals. They can't keep tenants let alone office staff for long they will screw you over and are hella judgemental. maintenance comes quick but they do half ass jobs and I have pictures to prove it do yourself a favor if your moving in ask for appliances to be pulled out and opened and you will see how infested they are. Also ask for copies of how often the glendale police are there and for what reasons. They don't do anything about drug use regarding tenants or homeless coming onto the property do yourself a favor find a different complex that isn't owned by Wasatch if you don't wanna get screwed over while you live here or even after you move out! Ranchwood next door is owned by the same company Wasatch as the glen oaks so avoid both of them

The receptionist was amazing explained everything in great detail and has worked hard to get everything completed. The maintenance is amazing get things done in a timely manner. The staff at Glen Oaks are all amazing very helpful.
