Ramon is absolutely amazing and always helps with our needs. He is prompt and is very pleasant! I do wish that we had access to our pool, I understand needing repairs but it is closed every week 😞

Been here since 2023. Only renewed my lease because I had a neighbor upstairs that just was so loud despite all the complaints I made I was the one who had to move. The apartment I’m at now in the same complex is WORSE. Roach infested despite how many times I put a work order they just won’t leave. I have a newborn so I have to sterilize everything twice because of how many roaches I’ve seen on the counter near her things. I put a work order for my washer. It is filled to the brim with water going on 3 weeks now & no one has came to drain it. My apartment has a terrible smell now. Office answers the phone occasionally I gave up trying to contact them. This new management isn’t doing better than the previous.

Recently, my apartment's refrigerator stopped cooling, and the maintenance supervisor was attentive enough to replace it after inspecting it. The current maintenance supervisor, Ivan, replaced it the same day I called the emergency maintenance line. Maintenance here is very responsive and proactive in getting work completed, and as a resident, it really means a lot. Great work!

WORST APARTMENTS EVER! do not sign a lease here unless you want to live in ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS, dirty loud neighbors, people stealing your packages, and a management team that does nothing to help. I could not get out of here faster. This place will scam you and you can find cheaper, cleaner living ANYWHERE else. My car was wrongfully towed my 2nd day living here and we had a homeless lady that would bang on our window and sleep next to our patio. So many issues to list, please stay far away.

Very disappointing experience living here. The office staff never resolves anything, and instead of helping tenants, they keep adding more charges and increasing fees like valet trash. Residents are paying for amenities that are barely usable, especially the pool, which is constantly closed. Management is extremely unprofessional. The manager is rarely available, never seems to have time for tenants, and most concerns are ignored instead of resolved. Communication is poor, maintenance takes too long, and overall customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a place where management actually cares about its residents.
