Centerline on Glendale

There is 1 elevator for 1 building because of 4 floors. Other buildings are 3 floors with no elevator. Its a big complex. There is a water/playground for kids, a dog park for fur babies. A gym. A computer room. Staff is friendly. However its to restricting when it comes to smoking policy. I actually regret moving here. They inspect one to many times. Too many rules and restrictions.

All I can say is I have no complaints at all. Everyone in the office always greets you with a hello & a smile on their face I felt welcomed and I liked the fact that they are not judgemental like alot of other places. The lady that helped me with everything is Karen she is hella cool. Everytime I just walked into the office with no appointment she had no problem assisting me. I live in building D and I'm happy with it. I don't have a roach problem so it suprised me that some others said it's infested with roaches. My neighbors are cool I havent had any problems with anyone here. They welcome pets here there is a dog park which is always clean when I take my dogs. There are the trash cans with the bags to pick up your dogs shit throughout the property. The landscaping is nice . There are charging stations in case you have an electric car. They are all about the community and offer different activities every month . They have a food pantry twice a month here on the property. In my experience for living here around 4 months now I have nothing negative to say about it. I'm satisfied n comfortable with everything. There is security that patrols every night, and there are cops over here alot but we just keep to ourselves so everything's good.

Amazing property in the beautiful city of Glendale, Arizona. Staff are respectful and courteous to residents and vendors alike. 2 staff members that really stand out are Curtis and Angel. They know almost everyone by name, residents and vendors alike, major rapport building skills, they are proactive and represent the management team well. Amazing amenities, family friendly affordable housing. Very refreshing.

Let me fist start off by saying Mrs. Laurenda is AMAZING!!! However………. Bugs bugs bugs! I had 2 children that lived in two different buildings. A and I. The first year was great they were brand new. Now they are infested with roaches, ticks, and carpet beetles. The staircase smells like piss! The dog park is a joke! It’s never clean and clearly hasn’t been treated for pest. If you’re looking to be on an episode of cops or perhaps The first 48, then Centerline is the one for you!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! Police are always patrolling. Building D is infested with roaches. Homeless and drug people always walking around the apartments. It’s not a safe environment for children or at all. The walls are paper thin You can literally hear your neighbor talking through the walls in your Apartment and from outside. They do inspections every month and they just randomly walk in your apartment at any time even when you’re not home. Make sure to always get copies of any paper work you sign or fill out because they will lose it then claim you never filled it out or signed. I was told by office that your rent goes up $50 each year. After my lease was up I refused to sign a new lease so they added false charges on my account after I moved saying I broke my lease when I never even signed a new one and also charged me for full month of rent when I only stayed for the first week of the month before moving
