Avion on Glendale

I toured this apartment community today and had a wonderful experience. The front office staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They showed me two different floor plans and took the time to answer all of my questions as a first-time renter.I really appreciated their patience—they explained everything clearly and repeated information whenever I needed clarification without making me feel rushed. I left feeling confident and well-informed about the leasing process and what the community has to offer. Based on my experience today, I will absolutely be renting here and will be recommending this community to others. Thank you for making what can be a stressful process so easy and enjoyable!

I would like to recognize Tina Manager for leasing agent for the excellent service they provided. They were always professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They made the leasing process easy to understand and were patient throughout the entire experience. Definitely will recommend to our friends and family…

I live here and it's okay no roaches and the maintenance staff are excellent but the constant cigarette smoke from neighbors is rampant and a major problem. I have had medical problems with blood pressure and sleeping for months because of the constant unrelenting cigarette smoking indoors. My apartment smells like a bar when I get home and if I stay home I get head aches all day long. The leasing first moved my apartment which was nice but they moved me next to more smokers. The leasing office treats you like a nuisance when you complain about the smoking and sometimes they send out a text to the community asking nicely for everyone to stop its a gamble on their mood. If you have any breathing issues or are sensitive to smoke or nicotine I would highly recommend you avoid this complex. Attached are pictures of my air purifier filters after 3 months. I run 2 of them and it still not enough.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and poor management at Avion on Glendale. I have lived here for seven months, and during that time, this is now the THIRD time the payment portal/process has been changed without proper communication to residents. On the 1st, I attempted to pay my rent, but the payment portal was not working correctly. I immediately called the office multiple times, left voicemails, and even reached out through the community group chat for assistance. No one responded. When I finally went into the office in person on Monday, I was told the payment process had changed yet again — with no notice, email, call, or clear communication provided. Because of management’s failure to properly inform residents, my rent was marked late, and I was charged over $300 in fees. I addressed the issue with staff multiple times and was repeatedly told I would receive a callback. I never did. I returned again later that week, explained everything all over again, and once more was promised a callback that never happened. Meanwhile, late fees continued stacking at $15 per day because of management’s lack of communication and failure to resolve an issue they created. When I returned yet again, I was simply told they had been “too busy” and that none of the fees would be waived. It is completely unacceptable for residents to be repeatedly subjected to payment system changes without notice and then be financially penalized for management’s own negligence. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and resident support is beyond disappointing. If you choose to live here, be prepared for poor communication, unresolved issues, and management that does not take responsibility when their mistakes cost residents money.

Do not move here , my unit has been infested with termites since November . I let management know all they did was wipe it and re paint the area . Then new management came in told them about my unit . Got it confirmed from Pest control got told they would spray every unit they did not . Now we are see third mangemnt in a year and I told them again about the problem . They told me it was unlivable and I should I been moved I had some Hope that they would fix it . No it’s now 10 worse and probably every unit has them . It’s ridiculous that we pay for pest control that doesn’t do anything and people are living in these unliveable units . They can take our money but when we need our help there nothing they can do
