A greenhouse, sky lounge and several senior living options.

The Enclave at Anthem combines independent living, assisted living, memory care and single-story townhomes on North Venture Drive. Residents can use a greenhouse, library, demonstration kitchen, theater and sky lounge with a deck, alongside walking paths and a wellness center.

Apartment rent includes dining, housekeeping, scheduled transportation and most utilities. Townhomes have a separate service package with biweekly housekeeping and optional meal plans. Assisted living and memory care use separate assessed care and medication tiers, in addition to housing and service charges.

Housing and care pricing: Assisted living and memory care base rates combine rent and a service fee. Individually assessed care, medication and insulin support are separate.
Care assessments: Medication support uses medication counts and daily administration passes. Assessments occur quarterly and after a significant change in condition.
