If youre seeking a place to live in squalor filth and with rude neighbors this is the apartment for you However if you value yourself and respect your health stay far away from this garbage apartment Ive been living here since June 1st 2018 and can confidently say that it is the most unkempt and unsanitary building I have ever seen in my life To start off with the management they are horrible especially Jimmy the superintendent who is very unaccommodating and rude When I moved in my fridge broke within a week they fixed it but two weeks later all of my groceries meltedwere lost again due to the faulty fridge The technician sent was also inappropriate while inside my unit which I have recorded He even used one of my dish cloths to wipe his feet on then put it back Can you imagine if I had wiped clean dishes with that cloth Gross By the end of all this ordeal I had lost about 300 worth of food When I asked Jane at the office for head office number to discuss compensation she told me they took care of it by calling another technician again which clearly wasnt enoughAnother issue was cigarette smoke coming from neighboring units seeping into mine through a vent in washroom no fan provided by property managers either despite multiple complaints since day 3 living here Even after calling twice for help via after hours line where supervisor lives on site more ... hide ...

I recently had an awful experience with the afterhours service number posted on the door of management I was unable to find my apartment keys and called the number only to be told that my situation was a priority and that someone would come soon Hours passed and I still had no response or call It is now 1115 pm and its safe to say no one will be coming lucki 2022-10-07T11:56:39Z
I recently had an awful experience with the afterhours service number posted on the door of management I was unable to find my apartment keys and called the number only to be told that my situation was a priority and that someone would come soon Hours passed and I still had no response or call It is now 1115 pm and its safe to say no one will be coming luckily I have another place to stay To make matters worse this building has had a string of breakins over the past 6 years with their only effort at prevention being a security guard who doesnt even patrol all floors my neighbours were robbed in broad daylight I now have a camera set up inside my entrance as an extra precautionary measure DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE more ... hide ...

The 1 bedroom apartment at 9 Kingsbridge is great it has been recently renovated with new appliances and the building is peaceful and tidy Furthermore Cogirs incentives for signing a lease are quite generous Additionally the laundry room is of ample size for such a building and theres never a wait Plus getting inout of the parking lot to access Bathurst Str 2022-10-07T11:56:43Z

Inhabitants of the building are unable to get rid of the ants bed bugs and cockroaches There is no water or electricity on a frequent basis Furthermore there is no air conditioning within the building and those that purchase portable or window air conditioners must pay higher electric bills during summer months Despite having air conditioning units it remain 2022-09-29T18:32:17Z

Having been a resident of the Ivory Tower for two years I am more than happy to provide feedback on the building DMS Management Property offers a unique atmosphere it is not like other buildings as it is more cozy and inviting The building looks much newer than it actually is due to its upkeep and maintenance Apartments are equipped with all the necessary amenities including kitchen facilities and sq footage larger than average for apartment searching There are outdoor facilities such as a dog leash area so you can take your pet for a walk before work in the morning there is also a wonderful backyard with BBQ stove and seating arrangements which make it seem like you have your own house with yard Further there are holiday events organized by our superintendent that offer social opportunities for residents All areas mentioned are kept up regularly so no extra comfort needs to be requested Both indooroutdoor parking is accessible though storage comes at an additional fee Though there may be some minor disadvantages such as responsiveness of requests I would still give this residence 4 stars because 5 stars should mean perfect leaving room for improvement from managements side while also acknowledging that some issues may come from personal perception rather than reflecting others experiences overall In conclusion my feedback should hopefully be informative enough and beneficial to any prospective resident considering living here thank you for taking the time to read this review more ... hide ...

For almost two years I lived as a tenant at 70 Forest Manor from October 2020 to August 2022 It was not the best experience there was an extra 100 charge on top of the security deposit for booking the elevator to move in and this fee paid for hiring another security guard to stay in the moving room Thankfully City Sites Property Mgmt is no longer managing this condo I recently moved out and only had to pay my security deposit which was quickly refunded after I left Additionally one of the smoke detectors needed replacement within a few months of me living there and then there were issues with at least one elevator every couple weeks even though building management policy said broken elevators werent a priority until two were down This caused much frustration when peak Covid meant only 2 people per elevator Water had to be shut off multiple times due to problems as well as AirCon or Heat being shut down when it broke in my unit specifically there were two occasions where the kitchen sink clogged up and it cost money each time even though technically covered by Condo Corp My bathroom sink never had proper water pressure either and toward the end I could feelhear it vibrate when turned on Additionally when heat came back around Fall 2021 there was water hammering that lasted 4 weeks mine wasnt so bad but some units experienced worse than me Lastly around June 2022 a pipe near gym burst so that amenity couldnt be used until more ... hide ...
